Help with HelmDMS and the HelmDMS iOS app.
Use the same email address and password you use for your dealership's HelmDMS account on the web. If your dealership uses HelmDMS at more than one location, the app asks which one after you sign in.
Ask your dealership's HelmDMS administrator to reset it, or email hello@helmdms.com and we'll help.
The app is for staff of dealerships that use HelmDMS. Your dealership's administrator can add you. If your dealership doesn't use HelmDMS yet, tap "Explore the demo" in the app to try it on a sample shop, or get in touch.
Check that notifications are allowed for HelmDMS in iOS Settings, then check your choices in the app under Settings → Notifications. Some alerts only arrive while you're clocked in, or outside the quiet hours you set.
Your dealership's administrator manages your account and its records. For anything else, including privacy requests, email hello@helmdms.com. See our privacy policy for how the app handles data.
