HelmDMS is a product of Hughes Technology ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect through this marketing website (helmdms.com), how we use it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect on this website

• Information you give us: when you fill out a demo request, founding-dealer deposit, or contact form, we collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, dealership, message). For deposit payments, card details are collected by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
• Site usage: we use Google Analytics 4 and (if enabled) the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which pages people visit and which ads work. These tools collect IP address, device/browser data, and page interaction events.
• Conversion tracking: Google Ads and Meta Pixel may set cookies to attribute demo requests and founding-dealer deposits to the ads that drove them.

What we do with it

• Reply to your inquiry.
• Send you product updates and onboarding information you've asked for.
• Improve the website and our advertising effectiveness.

We don't sell your data. We don't share your data with anyone other than the service providers we use to run the business (e.g., email delivery, analytics).

Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser. Doing so won't break the site — you'll just be invisible to our analytics, which is fine.

Your rights

If you want to know what data we have about you, want it deleted, or want it corrected, email hello@helmdms.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Customer-data privacy (the HelmDMS app itself)

The privacy policy that applies when you become a HelmDMS customer (i.e., the app where your dealership data lives) is a separate, more detailed agreement. It covers data residency (US-based hosting), encryption, backups, and your right to export and delete your data at any time. We'll provide that policy as part of onboarding.
